Jose Luis Texidor, Jr., Esquire
Attorney Jose’ Luis Texidor, Jr. has spent over thirty years focused on humane issues. He has devoted his entire legal experience helping those who need his help the most, i.e., the tens of thousands of youth, young adults, and immigrants, that he has served. In addition to his ten years of Immigration Law, he is well versed in Criminal, Military, Veterans, Social Security, Sexual Harassment, and Landlord/Tenant laws.
Prior to joining Suri Immigration Law Services, P.C., Attorney Texidor served in various capacities as a Military Attorney (JAG) with the United States Marine Corps (USMC), as Attorney and Senior Lecturer in Criminal Justice/Law for the 80,000 + Pennsylvania State University (PSU) students, and as Leadership instructor and mentor for youth in services organizations, such as the PSU Naval Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (NROTC) programs and High School Junior ROTC programs. He has brought a wealth of knowledge and worldwide legal experience to the benefit of Immigrants, especially with removals, waivers, and deportation issues.
Attorney Texidor achieved his Associates, Bachelors, and Juris Doctorate, in an eight year period, while serving on Military Active Duty with the USMC. He graduated from Hofstra Law School in 1986 and has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association since 1987. He is also a member of the Immigration Law Association. He retired as a Major from the USMC after 20 years of service.
