Barbara I. Suri, Esquire is a seasoned immigration attorney and a former officer with the U.S. immigration system. With deep knowledge of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Law, she is dedicated to assisting individuals with complex and challenging immigration matters. For over seventeen years, Attorney Suri has used her extensive government background—spanning over fourteen years—to support clients through her private legal practice. During her tenure as a senior Immigration District Adjudications Officer, Immigration Inspector, Student Officer, and Public Liaison for the former U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS), she reviewed and adjudicated more than 80,000 immigration-related cases. Her areas of expertise include Family- and Employment-based petitions, EB-5 investment visas, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), and Removal Defense. Her firsthand experience within the system allows her to offer unique insight and advocacy for those seeking trusted legal support.
